The filter is a device that uses a porous filter to achieve solid-liquid separation. Filters are used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, light industry, food, mineral processing, coal, and water treatment sectors. The filter is a new type of filtering system with novel structure, small size, simple and flexible operation, high efficiency, airtight work, and multi-purpose filtering equipment with strong applicability.
The working principle of the automatic slag filter: the filter pump pumps the filtrate into the tank through the liquid inlet pipe and is full. Under the action of pressure, the solid impurities in the filtrate are intercepted by the filter on the filtrate and form a filter on the filter. Cake, filtrate passes through the filter screen, enters the liquid outlet pipe, and flows out of the tank through the filter nozzle, thereby obtaining a clear filtrate. This increases the filtration resistance and the pressure in the tank. When the pressure rises to a certain value, the slag needs to be discharged. Stop the input of the filtrate into the tank and blow the compressed air into the tank through the overflow pipe to blow the hydraulic pressure in the tank. Put it into another filter or other container and blow-dry the filter cake. Turn off the compressed air, open the butterfly valve, start the vibrator to vibrate the filter leaf, shake off the filter cake on the filter screen and discharge it through the slag discharge port under the tank.
The above introduction is the basic working principle of the automatic slag discharge filter, the main features are the following:
1.No filter cloth or filter paper is required, which greatly reduces the cost of filtration.
2.The fully enclosed operation, environmental protection, no material loss.
3.Vibration and slag removal greatly reduce labor intensity and realize continuous operation.
4.Pneumatic valve discharges slag, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers.
5.Filtering or dewatering of slag or activated carbon (white clay) in the liquid can completely replace the plate and frame filter and is the preferred equipment in the filtration industry.

5. Design and install decentralized shunt system: the actual installation of a decentralized flow divider system makes the flow rate in the barrel uniform and rapid, and the filtration is more precise, so as to avoid the possibility of excessive local pressure that causes the filter element to skew and cause the filtration to be unclean.
